As a Sales Associate for LOFT, you are the ultimate brand ambassador who connects with customers to guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an organized, inviting sales floor and collaborate with your team to create exceptional customer experiences. You share product knowledge to drive brand loyalty, use available tools to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, uphold high visual and operational standards, and work with store leadership to achieve daily goals. The role requires hospitality-minded customer engagement, tech proficiency to operate a POS system, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
