Sales Associate-ANN

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you are the ultimate brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized on the sales floor, collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting environment on the sales floor. You’ll drive brand loyalty by sharing product knowledge and recommendations, use brand behaviors to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, and assist store leaders in achieving daily goals. The role benefits from a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers, and requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with technology to operate the point-of-sale system and stay informed on promotions and priorities is expected. Location: Store 2273-Tulare Outlet Center-ANN-Tulare, CA 93274. Position Type: Regular/Part time. Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.10 per hour.
