Sales Associate-ANN

As a Sales Associate, you are the brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store inviting and well-organized, collaborate with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. You will connect with customers to understand needs, share product knowledge, and make thoughtful recommendations while upholding brand and visual standards. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; a hospitality mindset; technology proficiency to operate a point-of-sale system; and initiative in decision-making.
