Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you are the brand ambassador on the sales floor, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You’ll keep merchandise organized and in place, collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences, and uphold high visual and operational standards. You’ll use technology to provide an omnichannel shopping experience, stay aligned with company priorities and promotions, and work with store leaders to meet goals and contribute to brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred
- Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
- Ability to use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive loyalty
- Ability to collaborate with store leaders and teammates
