Job Summary
Greet walk-in customers promptly, operate the cash drawer, and finalize all credit card and financial transactions accurately. Review transfer and distribution documents for accuracy, report discrepancies to the Store Manager, and assist with training team members on computer programs and paperwork procedures. Maintain a neat appearance, assist with general store cleaning, and help unload stock deliveries as scheduled. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish candidates. Join a growing retail team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport where no two days are exactly alike.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete required paperwork
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with HKG Duty Free's Drug and Alcohol Policy
