Job Summary
Sales Associate at AutoNation’s BMW of Bellevue engages hundreds of customers online, by phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. Respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, negotiate terms to fit customers’ budgets and lifestyles, and close the deal while ensuring a smooth transition to the Service department. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-service mindset, ability to meet targeted goals, and a high school diploma or equivalent; in-state driver’s license and safe driving record are required. Experience in sales or retail is preferred; familiarity with technology and use of CRM tools is a plus.
