Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations at the BOSS Store in Amoreiras Shopping Center. Maximise sales opportunities to achieve store and individual targets while identifying customer needs and responding to product inquiries regarding price, location, features, and benefits. Ensure all orders and alterations are completed efficiently within agreed timeframes by optimising product knowledge to recommend relevant items. Maintain a professional image and handle multiple demands with a proactive approach. This 36-hour full-time role requires fluent English (C1 level) and 3 to 5 years of experience in premium retail, with luxury retail experience being a strong plus. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate in retail
- 3 to 5 years' experience in premium retail
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Proven experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment
- Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Consistently presents a professional image
- Maintains a high level of professionalism in all circumstances
