Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, build rapport, and provide outstanding customer service while assisting them in selecting appropriate medical equipment and supplies. Demonstrate product features for items like electric hospital beds, wheelchairs, and scooters, then process sales transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized showroom, stock shelves, receive inventory, and assist with merchandising and counts. Answer inquiries in person and over the phone, coordinate with delivery and service teams regarding orders, and stay informed about product knowledge. Perform physical tasks such as lifting products weighing 15–75 lbs. and assist with general store operations. Full-time position (~40 hours/week) with varying shifts Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing 15–75 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead
- Full-time availability (~40 hours/week) with varying shifts Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. (rotating days off)
