Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership accounts. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
