Sales Associate - Alexandria

Meet membership sales goals by answering phone calls, greeting clients, setting appointments, and managing memberships while educating guests on service benefits and promotions. Successfully achieve performance-based targets for membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour. The position includes a varied schedule featuring weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts, with flexible availability preferred.
