Conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and design customized treatment plans to drive long-term loyalty. Present financing options and partner with clinicians to deliver a seamless premium experience from arrival through checkout. Manage a patient book and revenue target using LaserAway's custom CRM to access marketing-generated leads and instant patient history. Requires weekend and evening availability for full-time work with consistent scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability
