Job Summary
Greet every customer, provide product information and suggestions, and resolve queries promptly while processing purchases via POS for various payment methods. Balance cash registers, wrap merchandise, and maintain clean sales floors by cleaning, organizing shelves, and rotating stock for freshness. Answer telephone calls, report safety hazards, and assist with inventory functions and merchandising displays as directed by management. Maintain cash drawer accounting procedures and prevent theft while projecting a positive company image. Work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be minimum 18 years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with cash register functions and processing payments
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong organization skills and attention to detail
- *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LATE SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS*
