Job Summary
Assist customers and unload incoming trucks, then stock and maintain department displays and price tags. Execute daily store priorities, restock merchandise, watch end caps and side wings, handle special non-stock orders, and respond to radio requests. Maintain organization, deter shoplifting per policy, and support training across departments. Requires retail/customer-service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexible availability; Spanish-language skills strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 6 months-1 year of retail experience
- hardware experience preferred
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others
- Knowledge and experience of various departments is strongly desired
- Continuous attendance pattern required
- Availability flexible including evenings weekends holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred
