Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. Communicate effectively, empathize with challenges, and build trust to provide exceptional customer service. Handle diverse services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Listen actively and embrace accountability for overall store performance. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, standing for extended periods and traveling to multiple stores daily.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- The ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- two or more years of retail experience
- Proficiency in Spanish
