Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Provide exceptional customer service by handling a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, listening actively and empathizing with challenges to foster lasting relationships. Travel locally to multiple stores daily as needed. Full-time associates earn $14.00-$17.00 per hour plus bonus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges
- ability to adjust focus as needed
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
