Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. Communicate effectively, empathize with challenges, and build trust to provide exceptional customer service. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services while prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, listening actively and engaging in verbal communication and active listening. Stand for extended periods, sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Work 10-12 hours in a confined work area, including local travel to multiple stores when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- The ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- two or more years of retail experience
- Proficiency in Spanish
