Sales Associate

Drive sales and deliver customer service for ACE Cash Express products and services across multiple store locations. Responsibilities include understanding customers’ needs, recommending appropriate ACE products and services, effective communication, empathizing with customers, and building trust. Handle a range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services while prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations. Must be able to work independently with accountability for overall store performance. Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial; proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
