Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Provide exceptional customer service by handling diverse services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Listen actively and empathize with customer challenges to foster lasting relationships. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, occasionally traveling to multiple stores daily. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working 10-12 hours in a confined area.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area
- The ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges, with the ability to adjust focus as needed
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
