Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict adherence to accuracy, confidentiality, and industry regulations. Prioritize providing exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships and embrace accountability for overall store performance. This role requires the ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined area, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Travel is primarily local but may include visits to multiple stores daily. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
