Job Summary
Drive sales by engaging customers on the floor and helping them find what they need, while maintaining a positive sales floor environment. You’ll assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with a dolly). Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement from Sales Associate to leadership roles. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a Dynamic retail environment with competitive incentive pay and benefits. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
