Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy, executes visual directives to maintain store standards, and completes all assigned tasks efficiently. Actively participates in store contests, stays current on financial goals, and supports digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety protocols while sharing customer feedback to improve the overall experience. This part-time role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods, with an expected schedule of 20-40 hours per week.
