Job Summary
Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by delivering personalized shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling. Complete operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction processing while maintaining service standards. Manage multiple customers on the sales floor, adapt selling techniques to business needs, and foster a collaborative team environment. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation
- basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- walkie-talkie use
- ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Luxury retail background
- social media savvy
- experience with live-stream shopping or video demos
