Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below (Buffalo, NY) provides outstanding customer service, greets and assists customers, answers questions, makes product recommendations, and engages in suggestive selling to drive sales. Responsibilities include maintaining stocked merchandise, communicating restock needs and customer feedback to management, supporting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns by offering alternatives, and collaborating with the team to achieve store goals. Must be at least 16 years old, able to work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends, and comfortable with basic technology and cash registers. Physical duties include frequently operating a cash register, moving merchandise up to 25 lbs, stocking, and occasionally climbing ladders. The role is part-time with starting pay at $16.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
