Job Summary
Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business. Maintain client communication using available clienteling apps and tools while keeping floor and stock presence. Build effective communication with the management team to drive store performance and use product knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence. Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales. This role requires enthusiasm for a fast-paced retail environment, collaboration skills, and technological proficiency. Local language is preferable. Compensation ranges from 26,000.00 to 33,500.00 GBP.
