Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, support Sales Consultants in delivering showroom experiences and learn luxury sales techniques while assisting with client interactions and end-to-end showroom operations. You’ll shadow top-performing consultants, gain product knowledge of luxury furniture, maintain showroom aesthetics, and step in for PTO or sick leave shifts. Occasional travel to nearby showrooms is supported, with travel expenses covered by the company. The role emphasizes customer engagement, proactive collaboration with a high-performing team, and ongoing training for career growth in a design-forward environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (luxury retail or furniture sales is a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, customer-first mindset
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Full-time, in-person role in Tysons Corner, Virginia
