Sales Associate - 7311

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and presenting tailored solutions to maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest cleanliness standards via continuous maintenance of the site, office, and storage building interiors and exteriors. Perform daily site safety inspections including lock checks, address customer concerns regarding billing and security, and handle cash transactions, deposits, and delinquent payments. Conduct indoor and outdoor duties ranging from sedentary desk work to physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Support the District Manager and Store Manager in delivering operational excellence across one or more self-storage locations.
