Job Summary
Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the General Manager for all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging employee productivity. Ensure a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and keeping products in stock. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs while managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and the Speedy Rewards loyalty program. This full-time role requires the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the General Manager, for all store employees

- Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock
