Job Summary
Greet customers, sell products, and deliver high-quality services including branding, boot stretching, brim shaping, and shines. Support the team with receiving shipments, preparing product for the floor, and tracking in-transit information. Maintain an organized stockroom, lead restock processes, and assist with cycle counts and facility maintenance. Participate in staff education and share product knowledge. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with a $20/hr base rate plus incentives. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
