Sales Associate role in Gauteng at-home retailer. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience while matching customers with stylish items, aiming to exceed sales targets and maintain well-stocked, attractive merchandise. Responsibilities include creating a brand ambassador environment, driving sales, tracking performance, and ensuring the store is well-presented. Key skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requirements include a Matric certificate, prior retail sales experience, hospitality experience is a plus, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting. Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups under applicable employment equity guidelines.
