Job Summary
The Sales Associate II role provides excellent customer service by engaging customers and utilizing established selling processes. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing purchases at the register, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing opening and closing procedures. The associate should be able to handle customer service issues, understand customer needs, and promote store events and products. The position requires good communication skills, basic arithmetic for register operation, and a commitment to teamwork within the store.
