Job Summary
Greet customers, offer friendly service, and help them envision ideal backyard settings by educating them on grills, techniques, and complementary products. Ask open-ended questions to understand needs, recommend merchandise, and advise on proper utilization and care. Maintain immaculate floor presentation, receive and put away replenishment trucks, and process payments via cash, check, or credit card. Prepare sales contracts, generate leads outside the store, and perform follow-up calls. Travel to other stores for coverage as needed. This role requires standing more than four hours daily and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
