Job Summary
Greet patients, families, visitors, and staff; operate the cash register accurately; resolve customer, plant, or equipment problems; maintain a clean, safe environment; answer phone calls, provide directions, and offer suggestions; perform stock replenishment, and manage storage and merchandise presentation. Work primarily in the evening starting by 3pm, with some mornings possible on weekdays only. Requires high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand continuously. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective customer services and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent mathematical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work independently
- Experience operating a cash register or computer
- Previous retail sales experience
