Job Summary
Provide customers with a superior shopping experience by delivering friendly, energetic service and applying proven selling techniques in a fast-paced specialty retail setting. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, operating POS transactions accurately, assisting with gift wrap/registry/catalog orders/back orders/courier deliveries/furniture orders, supporting visual merchandising, and upholding store cleanliness and stockroom organization. Candidates should be able to work in a team-oriented environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet daily sales goals with strong communication and customer-need discovery skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required)
