Job Summary
Drive sales by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs, suggest outfitting options, and provide fitting room assistance. Greet customers courteously, adjust attention based on store traffic, and leverage website navigation for solutions when products are unavailable. Process transactions efficiently using the POS and online systems for sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends. Perform markdown activities, manage stock replenishment, and ensure adherence to visual brand standards. This part-time role requires approximately 25 hours per week with varied hours to support business needs.

- Excellent selling skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines on projects/tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lands' End merchandise is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in retail strongly preferred
