Job Summary
Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service in a fast-paced specialty retail environment for Williams-Sonoma. Build rapport with customers, offer in-depth product knowledge, and utilize effective selling techniques to achieve sales goals. Assist with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, participate in visual merchandise presentation, process POS transactions accurately, restock and straighten stockrooms, and uphold store cleanliness. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, and thrive in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial setting while delivering world-class service and closing sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience
