Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving both individual and store sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include greeting customers, utilizing consultative selling practices, maintaining visual and brand standards, assisting with store operations, and processing transactions efficiently. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours. Previous retail experience and a passion for fashion are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines
- Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
- Ability to adhere to Lands’ End Attendance program
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail
- Skilled in Web site navigation
- Passionate for fashion and the Lands’ End brand
- Proven selling skills with strong emphasis on building a strong client base
- Strong styling, wardrobing abilities
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week and be available for overtime as business needs arise for hourly full-time positions
- Must be able to adhere to hours scheduled based on specific business needs for hourly flexible part-time positions
