Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving both individual and store sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include greeting customers, utilizing consultative selling practices, maintaining visual and brand standards, assisting with store operations, and processing transactions efficiently. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours. Previous retail experience and a passion for fashion are preferred.

Additional Requirements
