Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant at Plumb Centre, Hemel Hempstead (HP2 7BJ), responsible for serving customers at the trade counter, answering enquiries by phone and email, proactively building relationships to drive branch sales, and assisting with general warehouse duties (picking/packing, handling heavy items such as boilers, radiators, sinks, and toilets). Maintains high branch standards and works a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri 07:30–17:00, occasional Sat 08:00–12:00). Requires prior face-to-face customer service/sales experience, a team-oriented can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and undertake a diverse role.
