Job Summary
Manage purchase orders from receipt to shipment, generate weekly style and daily sales reports, and maintain system files including line sheets and costing. Liaise daily with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Design teams while interfacing with clients for meetings and sample distribution. Track incoming and outgoing PP/TOP samples, alert on late deliveries, and log approvals. Prepare agendas, schedule appointments, and organize meeting spaces and model looks. Handle entry-level account responsibilities from showroom presentation to business management, including travel preparations and expense reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 1 year minimum related experience preferred (Internship included)
- Familiarity with Sales Department in a women's ready to wear manufacturer or retailer
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Dynamic multi tasker with the desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel skills a must
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in business or merchandising a plus
- RLM & Retail Math preferred
