Job Summary
Coordinate inbound and outbound order processes, including entering, modifying, and maintaining requirements in the ERP system. Resolve order issues by coordinating with purchasing, inspection, and distribution centers to ensure timely shipments. Manage open order reports, process sales and purchase orders, and handle data entry, BP uploads, and stock allocations. Create service orders, request quotes, and manage RMA linkages. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shift schedules across APAC and EMEA, typically from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST. Based in MG Road, Bengaluru, this role supports Velocity Electronics' global sales force with administrative and operational oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
