Job Summary
Enter sales orders into the Dplus database and process purchase orders to transfer manufacturing orders into NetSuite. Prepare and maintain sales orders, including routing steps and material components, while managing transactions between systems to support shipping documentation. Follow up with customers on open orders, expedite shipments, and maintain coordination between Sales, Quality Control, Purchasing, and Shipping. Investigate order issues related to inventory discrepancies, resolve NetSuite material issues, and assist with sales process improvements. This entry-level role offers a clear path to Sales Leadership within an ISO 9001âcertified fastener manufacturer specializing in custom parts and rapid turnaround.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or a related role
- Associate's Degree preferred (Business Administration or similar)
