Job Summary
Support the day-to-day running of store and online retail operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find pre-loved treasures. Coordinate volunteers and team members with warmth, manage store opening and closing procedures, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Process donations, handle cash transactions securely, and assist with marketing and promotional activities while ensuring a safe, tidy environment. This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday with Saturday penalty rates, based across Surry Hills, Elizabeth St, and Waterloo stores. Salary aligns with the General Retail Industry Award Level 3.

- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and connect easily with people from all walks of life
