Job Summary
Support the day-to-day administrative functions for the National Alliance and Division Sales Office in Scottsdale, AZ by assisting with evolving marketing campaigns, operational sales projects, and corporate-sponsored events. Manage office equipment maintenance, answer phones, handle shipping and receiving, and maintain client files while demonstrating strong two-way communication skills. Represent the firm at national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, with travel required for company-sponsored events. Assist team members with various administration and sales projects within a meritocracy-based culture.

- Entry level proficiency in supporting a strategic service excellence plan to continually exceed assigned quota
- Ability to assist management and team with a variety of sales projects
- Willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
