Job Summary
Sales Assistant role providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams to deliver high-level service throughout the sales cycle and order fulfillment. Responsibilities include reviewing open orders, data entry, processing new sales orders, quotes, setup in databases, tracking invoices, and providing back-up support to Account Managers. Requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn; onsite in Irvine, CA. Entry-level with room to grow.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 4 years of education and work experience (preferably in the electronic components/computer parts industry)
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in the Irvine office on a full-time basis
