Job Summary
Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for customers and community members. Responsibilities include Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices, collecting/sorting/pricing donations, assisting in development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation, providing exceptional customer service, displaying stock in correct departments following policy, and upholding Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Demonstrates TSA core values in all work activities. Requires high energy, strong interpersonal/communication skills, and flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations in the retail area. Previous retail experience is valued but not essential; alignment with integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity is emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales (preferred but not essential)
