Job Summary
Organize team supplies, merchandise samples, and the sports gift closet while tracking replenishment and stock levels. Manage sports assets including tickets and suites for distribution, create travel boxes of new products, and ship pre-pros and early samples daily. Assist with client event set-up, staffing coordination, and sample deliveries, then distribute entertainment property flyers to all teams. Track league promo schedules, document process adherence, and create meeting materials as needed. Maintain 100% daily on-time task completion in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support – ad specialty, merchandise industries
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
