Delivering the highest level of customer service in a retail store, greeting and approaching customers with in-depth product knowledge; striving to meet KPIs and personal targets; processing payments, customer orders and reservations; stock management and shop floor merchandising; maintaining high standards on shop floor and back areas; assisting with opening/shutdown procedures; no previous experience required though customer service/retail experience is preferable; full training provided.
