Job Summary
Model Home Host role supporting the sales team by welcoming visitors, showcasing model and inventory homes, managing visitor registrations, routing inquiries, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include presenting home features, maintaining the model home, handling phone messages, documenting guest feedback, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting with timely, multi-tasked projects. Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, ability to close appointments, and be highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Limited travel required; candidate must own or lease a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management tasks is expected.
