Job Summary
Maintain store safety and cleanliness by creating a sparkling, organized environment and upholding store standards. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting visitors immediately with a sincere attitude, providing current product information, and ensuring positive interactions in fitting rooms and at the cash wrap. Execute quality sales generation by following up with customers promptly, attempting add-on sales, capturing customer data, and offering gift cards. Perform operational duties including maintaining cash wrap cleanliness and handling some heavy lifting while standing for up to eight hours.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations and working in the retail/ brand management industry specifically in Fashion
- Sound in-depth knowledge of the market, brand positioning and trends
- An understanding of the current economic situation impacts of potential threats and competitors
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Some heavy lifting
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
- Strong Customer Service
