Job Summary
Sell and demonstrate Bergstrom Automotive vehicles by delivering in-depth product knowledge, conducting test drives, and guiding guests through features such as infotainment and safety technologies. Provide showroom presentation, support the sales team, and ensure a personalized delivery experience with post-purchase follow-up. Demonstrate the ability to explain complex vehicle technologies in simple terms, maintain a polished showroom, and leverage technology to assist guests and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with technology including mobile devices, apps, and automotive systems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Passion for automotive technology and guest service
