Job Summary
Sales Assistant to support sales operations, CRM management, scheduling, and proposal coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive; scheduling calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones; drafting and proofreading proposals and presentations; assisting with RFP/RFI responses; generating weekly/monthly CRM-based reports and maintaining dashboards; drafting follow-up communications; coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations; and supporting lead routing and order processing. Requires 1–2 years in admin/sales support, familiarity with CRM tools, proficiency in Office/Google Workspace, strong written communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort working remote during U.S. hours. Fully remote role with structured responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or operations
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
